John Frieda Social Media Identity

Challenge: John Frieda, a haircare, styling and coloring brand owned by KAO, hadn't been refreshed in over 2 decades. Wanting to make a formal and enthusiastic investment in social media, they asked for a social media identity to guide the brand team and partner agencies.

Solve: The social media identity I created, which was John Frieda's first, outlines who the brand is, how it behaves, what it says (and doesn't say), who it speaks to, and why it exists. The guidelines are comprehensive and easily understood by anyone being onboarded to the brand.
