Business Challenge: Microsoft.com is responsible for a significant percentage of Microsoft's growth goal of $500 billion by 2030. Despite its leadership in software and AI, their .com was struggling with conversion.
Project Challenge: Working with Microsoft's "Voice of Customer" team, I led the UX research effort to uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improved messaging, user experience, features, and interaction design.

Conducted 16 interviews with key stakeholders across the organization to align business goals with user needs.

Led small focus groups with 112 users across different segments to understand needs, motivations, and frustrations.

Synthesized quantitative data from 3,500+ users to validate qualitative findings and prioritize features and UX improvements
