Brand Identity for John Frieda

The Challenge: John Frieda, a haircare brand owned by KAO, hadn't been refreshed in over 2 decades. Wanting to make a formal and enthusiastic investment in social media, they asked for a social media identity to guide the brand team and partner agencies.

The Solution: I spent two days with the brand team to understand the brand’s history and what they longed to represent in the future. The social media identity I created, which was John Frieda's first, outlines the brand’s personality, how it behaves, what it says (and doesn't say), who it speaks to, and why it exists.

I'm happy to share a portion of the guideline upon request.
